At UNH Clothing Brand, we offer premium quality unstitched fabric, exclusive lawn collections, and high-quality men's wear. Crafted with style and comfort in mind, every piece is checked for quality. If you face any issues with the fabric, design, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

We offer a hassle-free return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • The fabric or clothing item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and certificates intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation message) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Fabric that has been stitched, cut, altered, or tailored.
  • Items that show signs of wear, stains, or have been washed.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale" (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to improper washing, handling, or ironing after delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged fabric, manufacturing defect, or incorrect design/color, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at unhclothingbrand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID.
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on stock availability and your preference.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

To start the process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at unhclothingbrand@gmail.com or Call/WhatsApp us at +92 3272051506.
  2. Wait for our support team to review and approve your request (within 1–2 business days).
  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our provided fulfillment address.
  4. Share the courier tracking number with us after dispatch.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return/exchange is due to a product defect or a shipping mistake on our part.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned fabric/product, we will notify you. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • The refund can be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit (as per your preference).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they move to "Processing" or have been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at unhclothingbrand@gmail.com with your order ID.
